Had lunch with my husband today and Patti was the hostess and also took care of us. She was great! We have been to Filippi's more than several times, including special occasions. We also order party trays of lasagna and it's gone by the end of the night! Thank you

A nice family mom and pop Italian restaurant feel to it when you walk in. Very family friendly with a bar on the side for the adult drinks. I'm not a big eggplant person but the eggplant parm was beyond my expectations and it will be on my reorder list

Skip all that stuff across the street and come here. Sit down and have a real meal. We came in on a Thursday night and ordered the weekday special and one entree. The waitress was so awesome. She brought over two plates of pizza dough for our kids to play with. The food came out and it was all good. The cheese pizza was still bubbling and the spaghetti lasagna plates both hot and tasty. I ordered a protein plate and that was good. Just a tad salty but still good. Come here and have a real sit down meal on plates. Skip the paper wrappers across the street.

An old school Italian Restaurant across from the Oxbow Public Market. It isn't that inviting from the outside. My husband was craving Italian food so we thought we'd try it out. Our back up plan was the Oxbow Public Market. We yelped it as we stood outside and it got 4 stars so we took the chance. When we entered there was a sign that said please wait to be seated. We were not greeted upon arrival, which was odd as several employees just passed us as we stood there. Someone could have said we'll be right with you, even though it wasn't there job to seat people. Eventually we were greeted and we had our choice of seats. The place was empty. The baseball playoffs were going on so we sat in the bar. As we sat down a steady stream of people came in. We were there on a Saturday evening around 5pm. So, we were a little early for the dinner rush. Once we sat down one other the people that just passed us as we waited to be seated greeted us, he was the bar tender and he served the people that sat outside and those in the bar. It seemed a little too much for him. He was really being pulled all ways. He greeted as soon as we sat down and given menus and as he took our drink order he brought us water. My husband then ordered a beer after our waters were being delivered. We ordered the anti pasta salad, It was really good. It had salami, baloney, cheese squares, Olives both black cut up and whole green ones with the pits, and a banana pepper. We also ordered the small margarita pizza. Both hit the spot. The small pizza was the perfect size for us, we even took a piece home. Overall we'd go back. The food was good and service was ok. Prices were reasonable especially compared to other Napa eateries. It was also nice to sit down and be served, as compared to Oxbow Public market.

We ordered an extra extra thick crust pizza with a side of marinara. It was so good. I enjoyed the cheesy pull. The meat sauce lasagna was absolutely delicious as well. The server was very nice and the decorations in the restaurant were beautiful and seemed authentic. I would definitely come back here again.

Lovely restaurant with a lovely ambience! The inside gives a warm and cozy vibe, like you're in the comfort of one's home. The food was great and hit the spot. I ordered the margherita pizza with prosciutto and it tasted great. I also ordered a side of beef ravioli (not pictured) and it was so juicy and flavorful and saucy, just how I like it! Service was great--the server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would come back to try the other menu items!

We really enjoyed our meal here. It was walking distance from our hotel (The Westin Verasa) and when we saw some good reviews on here we decided to try it. My kids had some pizza that they really enjoyed. They were a little surprised to see sliced fresh tomato on the pizza but they didn't worry too much and actually ate it. If that is something that will bother your kids though on a Margarita pizza, ask for it without. I enjoyed the chicken parm and I changed up my sauce on my spaghetti side to a creamy pesto. So yummy! This came with garlic bread and a really good sized salad with all kinds of yummy additions such as beans, pepperoncini and olives. The staff helping us was so friendly, patient and just attentive enough. I really don't like being bothered all night while out to dinner, but do expect some attention. This really was perfect. The restaurant is a red checker table cloth kind of restaurant and has a real old school family style feel to it. I loved that. Very comfortable with the kids and everyone had a good time.

We come to Napa several times a year from Phoenix. Filippi's is always a must on our eatery list. This year we decided to change it up and order something besides their great pizza. My husband wanted to share the meal for 2. Soup or salad, pizza, spaghetti and Lasagna, as the expression goes enough to "feed an Army" all for $30.95... The food was fantastic. Our server Mary Jo was pleasant, efficient and must really like her job as she has worked at Filippi's for 25 years. This family owned restaurant has figured out how to satisfy their customers with a home cooked meal, in a clean, well run establishment without breaking the bank. We will be eating leftovers for days. Thank you to the De Phillippis

The serving sizes here are GINORMOUS, we had enough for dinner and enough to bring home for lunch the next day. This place is value and perfect for a homey, sit down starchy meal after a long day of wine tasting. Our server was also very friendly. Food wise, I loved the lasagna, it had lots of ooey gooey cheese and plenty of sauce and surprisingly the meatball was very juicy, even though it was huge!

We've eaten at Filippi's the last few trips back to Nappa, it's becoming a staple of our trips there now. We've had great experiences on every trip there, the service is fast, food has been really good, and the portion sizes are really large. We've ordered everything from the pizza, pastas, and many of the appetizers. We really like the garlic bread, sourdough break that is really buttery and crispy at the same time. The garlic knots are also something that you have to try, garlic buttery goodness! We plan to continue stopping in to Filippi's on our future visits to Nappa and will spread the word.
